- Job Description:
• Responsible for supervising the construction of works according to the assignment of tasks of the construction TP/PP.
• Read and understand design drawings, shop drawings.
• Establish the construction schedule and manage the construction according to the set schedule.
• Take direct responsibility under the construction to arrange, coordinate and manage construction workers, monitor and supervise the construction organization to ensure occupational safety and health on the construction site;
• Daily work reports to the Commander.
• Solve technical problems and incidents arising for acceptance and warranty of works.
• Support the supervision of occupational safety and health for the project when dispatched, under the support of the safety management department.
- Job Requirements:
• Have at least 02 years of working experience in the environment of factories, workshops, office buildings.
• Graduated in Civil & Industrial Construction (Intermediate Level, College of Construction);
• Knowledge of the Construction industry (knowledge and experience in occupational safety in the industry will be preferred)
• Good situational communication skills in relationships with colleagues and partners (subcontractors) and customers.
• Management and planning skills, training, team building, worker management.
• Accept moving according to the building;

• Working hours: From 8:00 to 12:00pm and from 13:00pm to 17:00pm on days from Monday to Saturday
• Working Location: Moving according to the project
